The Vietnam Warehousing & Automation Show (VWAS) 2025, held from May 21 to 23, 2025, concluded successfully. This major industry event focused on warehousing, logistics infrastructure, and automation technologies.
Warehouses are often referred to as the heart of the logistics industry. As the logistics sector continues to grow, the demand for warehousing solutions expands to meet increasingly diverse customer needs. VWAS 2025 served as a practical commercial platform where businesses could explore cutting-edge solutions in smart warehouse management, operational automation, goods handling and storage, barcode and identification technologies (AIDC), intra-logistics, supply chain technology, and many other related innovations. In addition to the exhibition booths, one of the event’s highlights was the 1:1 business matching program connecting suppliers and potential buyers. An estimated 1,000 business deals were initiated, fostering opportunities for cooperation and growth. Alongside the trade activities, the event also hosted discussions focused on cold chain logistics and cold storage solutions.
Complementing the exhibition and business networking, VWAS 2025 featured a series of expert seminars gathering leading professionals in logistics, automation, and supply chain management. These seminars addressed current trends and challenges in logistics and automation across Asia, warehouse automation and order fulfillment solutions, the application of AI and robotics in logistics, and AIDC technologies aimed at boosting supply chain performance.
Notably, VWAS 2025 was held concurrently with three other specialized exhibitions: Smart Delivery Vietnam 2025, Freight & Cargo Handling Vietnam 2025, and another segment of Vietnam Warehousing & Automation. This created a golden opportunity for buyers to access end-to-end logistics solutions—from warehousing and storage to transportation and distribution—enhancing competitiveness and enabling businesses to adapt flexibly to market demands.
