  • Cold Chain International Exhibition 2025: Driving the Growth of Vietnam’s Cold Supply Chain

According to the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP), Vietnam’s seafood sector saw a remarkable recovery in Q1 2025, reaching an export value of USD 2.45 billion — a 26% increase compared to the same period in 2024. In March 2025 alone, seafood exports reached nearly USD 889 million, up almost 20%, reflecting continued growth despite signs of a slowdown compared to the first two months. This strong demand has fueled the development of the cold chain and refrigeration industries in Vietnam. In response, the Vietnam Cold Chain & Refrigeration Exhibition is held annually to serve this dynamic sector.

The most recent exhibition was held from May 21st to 23th, 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City, concluded successfully. The exhibition showcased over 2,000 products, solutions, and advanced technologies across various segments such as cold storage, refrigeration, cold transport, monitoring & IoT, packaging, cold storage infrastructure, cold chain logistics, and more. These innovations cater not only to the seafood industry but also extend to agriculture, processed foods, fruits and vegetables, meat & poultry, dairy products, and pharmaceuticals.

The key highlight of the event was the One – on – One business matchmaking program, which facilitated an estimated 1,000 trade deals, enhancing opportunities for cooperation and industry growth. Alongside commercial activities, the exhibition featured focused panel discussions on key topics related to cold chain and refrigeration technologies.

Notably, this exhibition was held concurrently with three other specialized trade shows:

  • Vietnam Warehousing & Automation Exhibition 2025
  • Vietnam Smart Delivery Exhibition 2025
  • Vietnam Freight & Cargo Handling Exhibition 2025

This synergy enabled buyers to explore a wide array of modern, cost-effective logistics solutions, thereby contributing to the development of Vietnam’s logistics sector and the broader domestic economy.

With the vision of becoming a leading multifunctional logistics center in the region, ICD Nam Dinh Vu is committed to continuous innovation, contributing to the national economy and asserting its position on the global trade map.
