• Regional Linkage and Center Development: Focusing on developing key regions—the Red River Delta (Hanoi, Hai Phong), Southeast Region (Ho Chi Minh City), and Central Region (Da Nang)—into international logistics growth poles.
• Investment Attraction and Business Support: Inviting multinational corporations to invest and establish regional distribution centers in Vietnam. Concurrently, supporting Vietnamese enterprises to develop integrated 4PL and 5PL services and expand their market presence abroad.
• Technology Innovation: Promoting research and development (R&D) solutions to optimize transit routes and automate warehousing and transportation processes.
